Important informations

You must pay for the services of Serpa Adventure Park at Serpa Adventure Park!
Payment is possible in cash, by bank card and Széchenyi Recreation card (SZÉP card).
Our prices are in Hungarian Forint and include VAT.
Entrance to the Serpa Adventure Park is free, you only have to pay to use the equipment!
The fee of the obstacle course will not be refounded if the guest is lowered off in case of non-compliance with the safety rules or choosing an unsuitable level course.
After leaving the cashier, we don’t accept any complains.

The equipment at the Serpa Adventure Park can only be used under the supervision and instructions of our staff!
The devices are certified and inspected, and their professional usage provides complete safety.
It is strictly forbidden and life-threatening to use any element of the park without protective equipment and and professional supervision!
Failure at following the safety rules will result in being lowered off from the obstacle course. In this case, the fee of the course will not be refounded.
Non-compliance with the rules of Serpa Adventure Park will result in being baned from the park. It also includes being disrespectful towards our staff.

During summer opening hours and during pre- and after season on weekends, we can not provide the exclusive usage of the park for groups.
The last daily starting times on the obstacle courses were set on the basis of the average performance. There is no new departure two hours before the closing time on Nimród's route, one and a half hour before the closing time on Kövesdy memorial trail and Panorama trail, one hour before closing time on Koppány trail.
15 minutes after the Adventure Park had closed, we will lower off all of our guests who had still remained on the obstacle courses.
In case of persistent rain, we are closed due to the equipment becoming slippery.
Groups of more than 15 members are only accepted by prior arrangement.
It is always worth starting with us in the Leisure Park, as the bobsleigh tracks are open several hours longer. That way you will not arrive just before closing time into our Adventure Park.

The use of gloves and trainers are strongly recommended on advanced obstacle courses!
Setting off in hot weather without water is not worth it!

In the Balatoni Bob Leisure Park free WIFI (SSID: BalatoniBob FREE) internet access is available.

In the Balatoni Bob leisure park, there are the Balatoni Bob Restaurant and it is offering several services.
In Fűzfőgyártelep there is Fűzfa Restaurant about 950 metres from us.
